This form is for moms in Sacramento County who need help getting groceries right now due to the government shutdown, which has disrupted SNAP/EBT benefits.
There are no questions asked, no judgment, and no shame — only care.

All information stays private. It will not be shared publicly or with anyone else.

Please note that this is a volunteer-run community effort. While we can’t guarantee every request will receive a gift card, we’ll do our best to reach as many moms as possible.
