Shipping

All of our products are made to order through our trusted print partner. Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 7–12 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

For now, we only ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, so you only pay what’s fair for your order.

Returns

All sales are final. Because each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check sizing, colors, and your shipping details before completing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hotmomsontherun@gmail.com

• Include photos of the issue.

• We’ll work with our print provider to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

After 7 days, we cannot guarantee replacements.
Normal wear and tear, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse are not considered defects and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
